The Chelsey Kraus Photography portrait experience is a full-service experience that includes access to my client wardrobe of dresses. As I’m a photographer who focuses on pampering busy Moms on their session day (and beyond!), I’ve curated each dress so as to offer a range of dresses that will flatter Moms in every stage of motherhood.
My Signature Session experience includes a session planning & wardrobe styling call where we review all the fun details in planning for your session, as well as styling the whole family! First, we start with you, Mama, by reviewing & selecting a options in the client wardrobe so we can ensure you LOOK and FEEL like the gorgeous, confident, inspiring Mom you are!
What to Wear for Photos
PRO TIP – Mom’s should ALWAYS pick what they want to wear first! As a Mom myself, I know that I’m particular about what colors, patterns and textures I want to wear, and absolutely want to be flattered in the photos I’m investing in.
Not only will wardrobe styling will play a MAJOR role in the overall look of your photographs, but it will also impact and how much you will enjoy the the images you choose to turn into artwork, such as in a gallery wall within your home. Wearing timeless outfits will ensure your portraits & your artwork will stand the test of time.

Not only does choosing a photographer who has a client wardrobe save you TIME but it will also save you MONEY! Yay for not having to spend endless hours shopping online and wasting money if you don’t get around to returning the clothes you didn’t love in the right timeframe. (Errands are such a waste of your precious time, and as a Mom of 3, I know how hard it is to even try to add those into my busy schedule!)

As a full-service photographer, I help clients plan for their dream portraits and how they will enjoy them once the session is over. Serving busy families with custom heirloom artwork is my joy and many families come to me specifically to create gallery walls within their home; or to ensure their baby has a custom first year album, without them having to spend their precious downtime picking through an online gallery or sourcing products all by themselves. My process is personalized for each family I have the honor of working with.
